About
I’m Matt Wiegle, and I live in Philadelphia and draw things. I’m responsible for the minicomics Ayaje’s Wives, Seven More Days of Not Getting Eaten and Is it Bacon? I won the 2010 “Promising New Talent” Ignatz Award for my story “The Orphan Baiter,” which can be found in Papercutter #13. Here’s my email; also, you can follow me on Twitter.
Comics on the site are a mix of short pieces and longer stories; they’re listed in the order posted on the Comics Archive page.
I’m also available for illustration work, a selection of which you can see here.
I’m a member of the Partyka comics collective with Shawn Cheng, John Mejias, Sean McCarthy and Sally Madden.
I draw the ongoing monster-fight project On the Road of Knives with Shawn Cheng; Zak Smith and Nick di Genova were tearing it up on the Road well before I came along.
With Sean T. Collins, I make the webcomic Destructor.
